How We WORK

At New Forest Stone we have an effective process to make it easy and stress free for our customers to find the high quality stone they really want for their homes.

QUOTATION

We provide a quotation within 24 hours.

We can help you through the process if required, but will need to know  the following;

  • Plan / Drawing of the worktops.
  • Material and thickness ie 20mm / 30mm
  • Details of cutouts required
  • (ie hobs, sinks etc)
  • Whether you would like upstands, splashback or window cills.
  • Location of installation
  • Access difficulties (first floor flat etc)

ORDER

Once a quotation has been accepted, an order is produced confirming all your requirements and advising agreed dates for templating and installation of your worktops.

TEMPLATING

We provide a quotation within 24 hours.

MANUFACTURING

Prior to manufacturing all materials are checked thoroughly for any defects and customers are welcome to visit us to view their stone prior to manufacturing.  Our highly skilled team will then cut, shape and polish each stone, quartz worktop ready to be checked prior to installation ensuring they match the templates supplied and arrive on site to the high quality that you can expect from New Forest Stone.

INSTALLATION

Five working days after templating New Forest Stone will return to your home or development to install your work surfaces.

Our team of specialist fitters will undertake the installation work. Our fitters will check that appliances like hobs sinks and taps will all fit into position to avoid any delay in the completion of your project.

AFTER CARE

We are there to help you through the process from beginning to end.  We leave care guides for your chosen stone and are always available to discuss any concerns you may have once your worktops are in place.
